Board Announcement

The Neways Board of Directors has met in Salem, Utah, to examine the future of the company. The company recognizes it continues to have great potential in markets around the world. To handle the anticipated explosive growth the company will experience in reaching the initial goal of a billion dollars (US) in annual sales, the two Founders of Neways, Tom and Dee Mower, have decided to concentrate their considerable talents in the areas in which they have traditionally been most effective.

They will focus on developing products and marketing contacts with distributors, such as Neways conventions, Neways Universities and other promotional efforts. Tom and Dee are passing their day-to-day management responsibilities to other members of the Neways Team.

Therefore, the Neways Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Cunningham as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Neways. Michael is currently the Managing Director of Neways Australia and the Senior Vice President of Australasia.

At the recent Australian convention in March Tom and Dee announced that the Neways Board of Directors had added Michael as the seventh member of the headquarters Board, thereby adopting him as Michael Cunningham "Mower".

Michael has been attending the recent Board meetings in Salem and has the full and enthusiastic support of all members of the Mower family and the senior management of Neways in both of his new positions. As CEO he will use his considerable talents in reorganizing, restructuring and facilitating Neways in effectively moving the company beyond its billion-dollar goal. Michael will report directly to the Neways Board of Directors.

Tom Mower Jr. will remain as President of Neways, and Bob, Barry, and Darick will continue as Vice-Presidents all reporting up through Michael.

Michael Cunningham and his wife Jane started with Neways as distributors in Australia over 10 years ago. They both eventually became corporate employees and have worked as a team. Michael runs one of the best managed and most profitable of all Neways markets with an excellent staff that will keep Australia solid and stable while he assumes his new duties in America. He has over 25 years of previous business experience in his home country of America and in Australia.

The Neways Board is extremely excited about these significant changes that will help Neways move forward rapidly to achieve its goals.
