| 4/01: Neways began enforcing their activity
policy in March - every distributor must place an order each 6
months to maintain their distributorship. If they do not, they
will be placed on Preferred Customer status - and after 1 year of
non-ordering, will be deactivated. A grace period is currently in
effect: contact your upline Diamond for information.

YOUR ORDERS ONLINE NOW!
Distibutors and preferred customers may now order at wholesale
online. You cannot sign up for or change your Direct Ship order using
the online service, but any "one time" orders may be placed
through Neways secure online server! (A preferred
customer uses their name as the distributor, and their PC ID# as the
distributor ID#)

2000: Tom Mower Jr. promoted to the office of President of Neways
International. This move
comes as a result of the phenomenal growth Neways has experienced in the
past year. We feel that this move can only enhance Neways future potential.
Tom Mower Jr. has been with Neways since its inception. He graduated from
the University of Utah with a degree in Human Biology with an emphasis on
Biochemistry. He is an avid outdoorsman and a very active member of church
and community.

| June 2000: NewBrite Glass and Window Concentrate
Neways announced the newest change in its Newbrite line of products.
Newbrite Glass and Window cleaner has had all dyes removed in an effort to
provide a more environmentally friendly product.
Over the next few weeks you will notice all Newbrite products will have all
dyes removed as well. Please rest assured that the effectiveness
of these products will not suffer as the basic formulation will remain the
same.
